Pryzm speaks at Social Media WA Summit 2019

Pryzm Director Harley Mitaros delivered a 40 minute speech on engaging audiences on social media at the 2019 Social Media WA Summit on Thursday.

Speaking to a room of government officials and corporations, Harley presented alongside United Nations Head of Social Media, Nancy Groves, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Social Media Director Carolyn Reams and several Heads of Communication in government agencies.

Harley’s speech covered three topics:

  • Increasing audience engagement by creating an appealing social media narrative

  • Examining strategies to effectively gain traction and enhance content-driven experience

  • Realising the common challenges associated with building a strong social marketing strategy

On the previous day, Harley spoke on a panel, alongside the Northern Territory Department of Trade, Business and Innovation, Director of Strategic Engagement and Communication Wendy Pritchard and Kate Phillips, Senior Coordinator of Communications at the City of Stirling.
